Trent-Dowell Funeral Home Obituary Listings
Stoy "George" Allen, age 79 of Harned,KY died Sunday, 3-23-2008 at Breckinridge 
Memorial Hospital. He was born in Breckinridge County on 6-23-1928, the son of 
the late Ernest and Lula Lee Daugherty Allen. He retired from Lucas Sand and 
Gravel as plant operator, an Army veteran who enjoyed country and gospel music 
and smoking his pipe.
 
He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret in 1998 and sister Margaret in 
1984.
 
George is survived by his sister and brother-in-law: Ann Drake England and 
Millard England of Westview,KY, several great nieces and nephews
 
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 3-26-2008 at 1PM at Trent-Dowell 
Fuenral Home with Bro. Millard England officiating. Burial will be in the 
Hensley Cemetery.
