Kenneth “Kenny” Ammons, 56, of Big Spring died 
Friday July 17, 2015 at his residence.

He was born August 10 1958 in Big Spring, KY. 
He was preceded in death by a daughter Nicole 
Renee Ammons; his father Johnny Ammons; and three 
brothers Roger, Jerry, & Billy Ammons. 

He is survived by his loving wife Betty Ammons 
of Big Spring; two children Leslie Anne Johnson 
of Big Spring, & Derrick Wayne Ammons of Louisville; 
his mother Nannie Ammons Clark; four sisters Ruby 
Creason, Lucille Crews, Betty Farmer, & Katherine 
Souders; two Brothers William, & Paul Ammons; two 
grandchildren Cody Wayne, & Jordan Lee Johnson.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday July 21, 2015 
at 1 PM EDT at the Big Spring United Methodist Church. 
Burial will follow in church cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday July 20, 2015 from 4 to 
8 PM EDT at Alexander Funeral Home and after 
11 AM EDT on Tuesday at the church.
