OBITUARY  
     Robert Earl "Bobby" Armes, a 53 year old Westview resident, died suddenly 
Tuesday, August 4, 1981 in Panama City, Florida where he and his wife, Mrs. 
Virginia "Jenny" Lou Armes were vacationing with several couples from 
Breckinridge County.  Mr. Armes, a farmer, was born in Breckinridge County 
October 16, 1927, the son of the late Herbert Armes and Mrs. Lillie Ree Smith 
Armes, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are:
three daughters
two sons
one brother:
John Allen "Johnny" Armes of McQuady
4 grandchildren
     Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, August 7, 1981 from Trent-
Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, with the Reverend Leonard Flener and the 
Reverend Allen Chappell, officiating.  Burial was in the Kingswood Cemetery.
