OBITUARY
Gilbert ARMES, an 84 year old Harned Resident of Breckinridge County, died on 
Thursday, June 4, 1987 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, Hardinsburg.  Mr. ARMES 
was born June 20, 1902, a son of the late Chester ARMES and Lucy LASLIE ARMES.  
He was a retired farmer.  Survivors include:
his wife, Mrs. Myrtle ARMES
one daughter:
Mrs. Lucy BROWN of Route #3, Hardinsburg, Ky
one son:
Hardin G. ARMES of Harned, Ky
6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren
     Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, 1987 at the 
Fairview United Methodist Church with the Reverend Gary Stevenson and the 
Reverend George Allgood, officiating.  Burial followed in the Fairview Cemetery 
with the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg, in charge of arrangements.

Gilbert ARMES has a tombstone at the Fairview United Methodist Church Cemetery at 
SeRee, in Breckinridge County, Ky.
