Lou Etta Arms died Saturday December 8, 2012 at
Breckinridge Memorial Hospital in
Hardinsburg, KY.
Lou Etta was born March 6, 1946 to the
late James Herbert & Bessie Etter Rodgers
Oakes.
She was married to Joseph Matthews
Arms on December 4, 1962.  She was a
multiple cancer survivor.
She was preceded in death by three
brothers JB Oakes, Wendell Oaks, &
James Alan Oakes; three sisters Nettie
Norene Curry, Serah Catherine Spink, &
Geraldine Adams.
She is survived by her husband Joseph
Matthew Arms; two children Lisa Jean
Armes & Ricky Wayne (Belinda) Arms; a
brother Lyndale (Mary Lou) Oakes; a sister
Doris Jean (Jack) Jordan; three
grandchildren Stacy Nacole (Robbie)
Simmons, Derrick Lee Weick, & Samantha
Danielle Weick; two great-grandchildren
Brianna Cheyenne Simmons, & Aria Weick.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday
Dec. 12, 2012 at 12 Noon EST at
Alexander Funeral Home in Irvington.
Visitation will be Tuesday Dec. 11, 2012
from, 1 to 9 PM EST at the funeral home
& after 8 AM EST on Wednesday.
Burial will follow in Horsley Chapel
Cemetery.
