Jacquilyn Lacelle Baldwin, age 12 of Garfield, KY died Thursday,3-29-2007 at 
Kosair Hospital. She was born in Grayson County, KY on 8-4-1994.  She enjoyed 
drawing, talking on the phone, playing CD's and listening to the radio, 
watching wrestling, swimming, riding in a golf cart and spending time with her 
family.  She was an animal lover.
 
Jacquilyn was preceded in death by her grandfather - Jack Baldwin
 
She is survived by her parents: Chasity Baldwin of Garfield, KY and Michael 
Craig Brown of Hawesville, KY
Monica Brown of Hawesville, KY (stepmother)
Grandparents: Sue Baldwin and Donnie Priest of Hardinsburg, KY
Debra and Joe Wilson of Harned, KY
Great grandmothers: Ruth Robbins of Harned, KY and Thelma Wilson of 
Hardinsburg,KY
2 half brothers: Cody & Bradley Allen of Garfield, KY
2 half sisters: Autumn and Kendra Brown of Hawesville, KY
 
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, 4-1-2007 at 1 PM at Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Raine officiating. Burial will be in the Calvary 
Cemetery in Cloverport, KY. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 4-8 PM and 
after 10 AM Sunday.  Memorial contributions are requested to: Kosair Hospital 
or Ronald McDonald House.
