Breckinridge News, Cloverport, Ky., Wednesday, February 7, 1894                    
Page 6, Death:

Mrs. Mary Ball "Aunt Polly", aged 82.  The funeral preached at her daughter's 
residence, Nannie J. Shrewsberry, where she made her home the past 4 years.  She 
was the wife of the late George L. Ball.  She died Saturday, January 20, 1894.  
They raised six girls and four boys.  Surviving are five girls and three boys.




Additional Comments:
Also included in the article was a poem written by Mathew Shrewsberry titled, 
"Dear Mother we can only say:"  I did not copy it down off the microfilm.  I 
wish I had.  I am very sorry.
