OBITUARY

BERRY BASHAM
Westview (Special) -- Littleberry BASHAM was born September 26, 1852.  Departed 
this life June 16, 1938.
     He was married to Miss Sally A. BASHAM January 12, 1873.  To this union 
twelve children were born; only four lived to maturity.  His wife preceded him 
in death.
______dren are:
Mrs. Ola J. WHITWORTH of Louisville
Mrs. Thomas SMILEY of Westview, with whom he spent his last days.
(only two children listed; not four)
     He professed faith in Christ, and joined the M.E. (Methodist Episcopal) 
Church at the age of 22.  His faithful membership was with the class at 
Fairview.  He was a true husband, a kind father, and a good neighbor.
     The funeral services were conducted at Fairview, by the Reverend Colmore 
Lyons, and the interment was in the cemetery there at the church.

690, midway between Mook and SeRee in central Breckinridge County, Ky; 
approximately 3 miles east of Westview, on KY 259.
