OBITUARY

     William L. BASHAM, age 60, of Cecilia, Ky in Hardin County, formerly of 
Louisville, died on Monday (December 25, 1995) at his home.
     He was a retired employee of Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corp., an Army 
veteran, and a member of Hudsonville United Methodist Church in Breckinridge 
County.  He is survived by:

Marvin BASHAM
Jimmy BASHAM
2 grandchildren
Funeral:  11 a.m. Wednesday, December 27, 1995; Brown Funeral Home in 
Elizabethtown, in Hardin County.
Burial: Hudson Cemetery, Breckinridge County, Ky
