Breckinridge County News; 27/1894
Mrs. Cassandra Basham died at the residence of her son-in-law, George W. Stone,
Leitchfield, on Tuesday the 23rd. ult at the advanced age of 81.  Her remains were
brought to this county and buried in the family cemetery, near Union Star.  Mrs.
Basham was the wife of Henry D. Basham, also deceased, and she had many relatives
and friends all over this section of the State.
