OBITUARY
     Mrs. Myrtle Davis Basham, age 92, of Westview, died Monday, April 2, 2001, 
at Medco Center Nursing Home, Hardinsburg.  Mrs. Basham was born on September 20, 
1909, in Breckinridge County, the daughter of the late Mose Davis and Mary 
Davidson.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Rhodes Memorial United 
Methodist Church.  Her husband, Frank Basham, and step-son Clifford Basham, 
preceded her in death.
Survivors include:
a step-daughter-in-law
a stepson and his wife
one sister
3 step-grandchildren; 7 step-great grandchildren; 4 step-great great 
grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews
     The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2001 from Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, with the Reverend David Hall, officiating.  Burial 
will be in Kingswood Cemetery.
