Health,INC. He was born in Louisville,KY on 8-20-1938, the son of the late 
Raymond 
Andrew Basham and Josephine Helena LaVon Basham. 
 
He is survived by his wife - Gale Gibson Basham - Irvington,KY

Helena Ann Michel - Farragu, Iowa

Willis Henry Basham - Shepherdsville,KY
Anthony Ray Crane - Corydon,IN
