Trent-Dowell Funeral Home
Patrick A. Beavin, age 88 of Hardinsburg, KY died Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 
Mount Holly Nursing Home in Louisville, KY. He was born in Cloverport, KY on 1-
9-1921, the son of the late Austin and Anna Masterson Beavin. He retired from 
the United States Army after 37 years as a Staff Sergeant and was a member of 
St. Romuald Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret 
Ruth Kopf Beavin, his daughter Ellen Patricia Beavin and sister Doris Jean 
Lottes.
 
Pat is survived by 3 sisters - Dorothy Carter of Cloverport, KY
Clara Mae Kuhl and Georgia Scales of Louisville, KY
his sister-in-law: Maxine Beavin
 
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 9, 2009 at 10AM CDT at St. 
Romuald Catholic Church with Fr. Tony Bickett officiating. Burial will be in 
the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, IN. Visitation on Friday at Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home after 8:30AM CDT.
