Obituary
Cloverport
Simon E. BEAVIN, age 97 of Cloverport (Breckinridge County), Ky., died 
suddenly on Saturday at the Perry County Hospital in Tell City, Indiana.  He 
had entered the hospital Friday night.
Mr. BEAVIN was probably Cloverport's oldest citizen, and was unusually active 
for his advanced age.  He was a member of the St. Rose Catholic Church in 
Cloverport.
Surviving him are:
three sons:
Victor BEAVIN, Cloverport, Ky.
Bernard BEAVIN, Louisville (Jefferson County), Ky.
Carl BEAVIN, Evansville (Vanderburgh County), Indiana
2 grandchildren and several great grandchildren

Funeral services were held on Tuesday at St. Rose Catholic Church in 
Cloverport with the Dhonau Funeral Home in charge of arrangements, and burial 
in Calvary Cemetery.

I found a tombstone for Simon and his wife, Mary.

bluff within the city limits of Cloverport, Ky., overlooking KY Highway 60 in 
Breckinridge County.

BEAVIN, Simon E.  Oct 28, 1863 -- Dec 3, 1960  husband of Mary L.
        Mary L.   Mar 16, 1873 -- Sept 24, 1955  wife of Simon E.
I got Simon's death date off his tombstone.
