BURIAL NOTICE
     MRS. MARY BELL
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary BELL, Irvington, were held at Freedom Cumberland 
Presbyterian Church Tuesday afternoon.  She died Sunday morning.

OBITUARY
     Mrs. Mary G. BELL, age 96, died Sunday, May 19, 1968 at her home near 
Irvington after an illness of eleven weeks.  Daughter of the late William McCOY 
and Caroline JORDAN McCOY, she was born May 6, 1872 at the farm on which she 
had spent her entire life.  She married John Taylor BELL on February 26, 1896, 
and he died in 1911.  A son, Glen, died in 1954.  She joined the Freedom 
Cumberland Presbyterian Church at the age of 13.
Mrs. BELL is survived by:
two sons:
Ray Gibson BELL of Irvington
John Taylor BELL of Cupertino, California
two daughters:
Mrs. Joe B. (Lillian) MACY of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Kathleen ADKISSON of Louisville, Ky
14 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren
one brother:
W. I. McCOY of San Rafael, California
     Funeral services were held on May 21, 1968 from the Freedom Cumberland 
Presbyterian Church.  Burial was in the church cemetery, directed by the 
Alexander Funeral Home, Irvington.

#0139 Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.  Location:  Turn north 
immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from Highway KY60.  The church lies east 
of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge; Breckinridge County, Ky.
