Page 4, Death Notice
     Mrs. Sallie BLAINE, age 61, of Stephensport (Breckinridge County), Ky., 
died Friday, November 27, 1903 as a result of injuries received in a fall 
several weeks ago.  The funeral services were conducted Saturday, November 28, 
by the Reverend CALVERT of Hardinsburg (Breckinridge County), and interment 
was in the ASKINS burying grounds one mile from Stephensport.  Mrs. BLAINE was 
a member of the Stephensport Methodist Church.  She leaves four sons and one 
daughter to mourn her loss.

I did not find a tombstone for Sallie BLAINE in the Breckinridge County 
Cemeteries, volume one, published in 1991.
