OBITUARY

     Mrs. Temple BLAIR, age 80, of Harned, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died on 
Tuesday, February 21, 1978 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, Hardinsburg.  She 
was born November 14, 1897, the daughter of the late Hunts and Elizabeth ROSS
MERCER.  Her husband, Lee BLAIR preceded her in death in 1972.
Survivors include:
three daughters:
Mrs. Gladys HAIRE of Harned, Ky
Mrs. Lorene LeGRAND of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Christine RICKARD of Madisonville, Ky
two sons:
Stanley BLAIR of Harned, Ky
Elmore BLAIR of Louisville, Ky
10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren
     Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Friday from the chapel of the 
Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg.  Burial was in the Hudson Cemetery.
