Burns Funeral Home
Kenneth Allen Blair, 77 of Hardinsburg passed 
away Friday, March 31, 2017 at the Owensboro Health 
Regional Hospital in Owensboro, KY following a 
short illness. Kenneth was born July 8, 1939 in 
Breckinridge County to the late Victor Allen and 
Eva May Blair at home. He served for several years 
as a Deputy Sheriff for Breckinridge County and 
farmed all of his life, at least part-time.

Besides his parents, his son, James Allen Blair 
preceded him in death.

Leaving behind to mourn his passing, but 
celebrating the life that he lived are his 
sons, Kenneth Lee Blair of Lewisport, David Keith 
(Laura) Blair of Hawesville; brothers, James A. Blair, 
Lafayette (Bonnie) Blair, Tandy (Mary) Blair all of 
Cloverport, Matthew (Marcia Faye) Blair of Hardinsburg, 
Victor Allen Blair of IN; sister, Martha (James) 
Dowell of Hardinsburg; grandchildren, Gavin Robert 
Blair, Beth Anderson and Nicholas A. Blair.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 pm 
Sunday, April 2 at Cloverport Funeral Chapel. 
The family will receive friends and family from 2:00 pm 
until service time. Interrment at Cloverport Cemetery 
will be performed at a later date.
