DEATH NOTICE, Page 8
     Colman Bratcher BLAKE died on Friday, January 25, 1929 at the home of his 
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chester BLAKE of Hardinsburg.  He had influenza, as has 
all the members of the family.  Mrs. A. HOFFMAN and Frank BLAKE of Cloverport 
accompanied the body to Tate's Cemetery, where the interment was held.

Additional Comments:
The cemetery was first called the Henry Miller Cemetery, being on Henry's 
property.  Later they built a church next or close to the cemetery.  The 
church was called Tates Chapel.  I have seen on death certificates where 
they used the old name and the new name for burial places for the deceased. 
You will see the names used:
Miller Cemetery #4, which is actually the Henry Miller Cemetery
Tates Chapel Cemetery
Tates Cemetery
I know it is confusing, but they are all the same cemetery.

Little Colman Bratcher BLAKE has no tombstone.  See his death certificate, 
and four of his siblings' death certificates I have posted here on the 
Archives site; Francis, Cora, Charlie, and Addie BLAKE.
