Obituary

John William BLAND, age 88, died Sunday, March 27, 1960 at his home in McQuady 
(Breckinridge County), Ky.  His parents, Henry and Betty BLAND preceded him in 
death.  The funeral was held at St. Mary's of the Wood Catholic Church at 
McQuady on Wednesday, March 30, 1960, with burial in the church cemetery.  
Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg was in charge of arrangements.  Surviving him 
are:
his wife, Mrs. Irene BLAND
five daughters:
Sister M. Espiritu, O.S.F, Springfield, Illinois
Mrs. Reynolds PEYTON, Louisville, Ky.
Mrs. Charles STRAUB, Louisville, Ky.
Mrs. A. J. MOORE, Moss Lake, Washington
Mrs. Howard HENDRICK, Kirk (Breckinridge County), Ky.
one son:
William H. BLAND, Fordsville (Ohio County) Ky.
17 grandchildren
two brothers (not named)
four sisters (not named)
