     Robert "Bobby" BLANFORD, age 50, of Irvington, Ky in Breckinridge County, 
died Saturday, March 4, 2006 at his home.  He was born February 24, 1956 in 
Bedford, Indiana (Lawrence County), the son of George and Jean HAYNES 
BLANFORD.  He was formerly employed in the oil fields in Lafeyette, Louisiana, 
a member of Irvington Baptist Church, and a graduate of Breckinridge County 
High School.  He is survived by:
his mother, Jean BLANFORD of Irvington, Ky
his father & step-mother, George & Dot BLANFORD of Hardinsburg, Ky
one brother
two sisters
one step-brother
two step-sisters
several nieces and nephews
     Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 7, 2006, at Alexander 
Funeral Home, Irvington.  Burial was in the Blanford Family Cemetery.
