James Allen Board, 73, of Irvington died Saturday December 
31, 2016 at his residence.

He was a long time truck driver and work with his son and grandsons 
digging graves and mowing yards for Boards Lawn Care.

He was born July 8, 1943 to the late Tom and Becky Mays Board. 
He was preceded in death by a brother Richard Board.

He is survived by his wife Wanda Lou Board Of Irvington; a son 
Ronnie Allen Board of Brandenburg; 2 grandsons Donald Board of 
Irvington, & Brian (Nikki) Board of Brandenburg; a sister Deloris 
(David) Daugherty of Irvington; & 1 great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held January 5, 2017 at 12 Noon EST at 
the Alexander Funeral Home in Irvington. Burial will follow in 
Cap Anderson Cemetery in Brandenburg.

Visitation will be Wednesday January 4, 2017 from 4 to 9 PM EST 
and after 8 AM EST on Thursday at the funeral home.
