OBITUARY
     Richard F. Bruggensmith, age 58, died on Sunday, April 28, 1985 at his 
Louisville residence.  He was born in Louisville on September 27, 1927, a son of 
the late John Bruggensmith and Mrs. Christine Collis of Louisville, who survives.  
He was the owner and operator of Bruggensmith Bakery, and a veteran of World War 
II.
Surviving in addition to his mother include:
his wife, Mrs. Susan Wells Bruggensmith
two daughters
two sisters
three brothers
5 grandchildren
     Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today (Wednesday, May 1, 1985) at 
the Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 4109 Taylorsville Road, Louisville with 
graveside services at 1 p.m. CDT (Central Daylight Time) at the Kingswood
