Family Dies Suddenly ------- Word was received in Owensboro of the sudden death of John Burks at his home in Addison, Ky., aged 55 years. Mr. Burks, was member of a prominent Kentucky family and was the only son of Mr. and Mrs. John Burks both of whom are dead. He is survived by his widow, four children, W. B. Burks, of Houston, Tex., John Burks, Jr., Chattanooga, Tenn., Stephens and Eleanor Burks of Louisville and two sisters, Mrs. W. G. Barrett, of Owensboro and Mrs. Geo. G. Fetter, of Louisville. The arrangements and time of the funeral are unknown, but the interment will be in the old family cemetery at Addison.
