Pauline Smith Butler, age 87 of Westview,KY died Wedneday, 2-4-2009 at 
Breckinridge Health,INC. She was born in Roff,KY on 5-3-1921, the daughter of 
the late Lawrence and Annie Milam Smith. She was a seamstress having worked 
for Chism Studio, Galante Studio and Eleanor Beard Studio. During that period 
of time, several dresses were made for movie stars, such as Nancy Sinatra.
 
She is survived by her daughter - Barbara Bruner of Westview,KY
a granddaughter - Terri Goodman of Westview,KY
2 great grandchildren: Gena Bennett and Sheady Goodman
 
Direct cremation was chosen with no services.
