OBITUARY
     Acie M. CARMAN, 83-year-old Cloverport resident of Breckinridge County, 
died Friday, December 22, 1978 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, 
Hardinsburg.  He was a retired farmer.  Survivors include:
his wife, Mrs. Maurine CARMAN
eight daughters:
Miss Goldya K. CARMAN of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County)
Mrs. Helen STIVERS of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Margaret Dell Pylant of Athens, Alabama (Limestone County)
Mrs. Allean DUPIN of Big Spring, Ky
Mrs. Karolene NOTTINGHAM of Hudson, Ky (Breckinridge County)
Mrs. Rachel ARMES of Harned, Ky (Breckinridge County)
Mrs. Jerry CONDER of Harned, Ky
Mrs. Gayla ARMES of McQuady, Ky (Breckinridge County
5 sons:
Randall CARMAN of Louisville, Ky
Edward CARMAN of Louisville, Ky
Sherman CARMAN of Hawesville, Ky (Hancock County)
Kelsie CARMAN of Leitchfield, Ky (Grayson County)

     The funeral was held on Sunday, December 24, 1978 from the Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, and burial was in the Fairview Cemetery.
