     Elroy CARMAN, age 78, of Garrett, Ky in Meade County, died on Friday, 
June 16, 2017 at Westport Care Center in Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County).  
He was born in Garfield, Ky in Breckinridge County on September 25, 1938, a 
son of the late Marvin CARMAN and Estill DOWELL CARMAN.  In addition to his 
parents, he was preceded in death by:
six brothers:
W. T. CARMAN
Dick CARMAN
Arthur B. "Doc" CARMAN
Louis D. "Bubby" CARMAN
Raymond CARMAN
Charles E "Dugie" CARMAN
three sisters:
Cora Neal STINNETT
Ida Mae KINNERSON
Becky DOWELL

Mr. CARMAN is survived by:
his wife, Mr. Ruth Ann CARMAN of Garrett, Ky
one son
one sister:
Ella Rae CARTER of Otisco, Indiana (Clark County)
     Funeral services were held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from the Trent-
Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, with burial in Hensley Cemetery.
