OBITUARY
THOS. E. CARMAN
Locust Hill, May 20 (Special)
     Mr. Thos. E. CARMAN died at his home here on Monday, May 18 (1925), after
several 
days illness.  He was 75 years and 10 months old, and had been a devoted Christian
for 
many years, being the oldest member of the Locust Hill M.E. (Methodist Episcopal) 
Church.  He is survived by:
two sons:
Gordon CARMAN
Oscar CARMAN
7 grandchildren
     His wife, who was Miss Cordelia HORSLEY, died about 6 years ago.  He was laid
to 
rest in the Horsley Cemetery near here where the funeral services were conducted by
the 
Rev. J. A. Roberts.

(NOTE:  Thomas E. Carman is buried by his wife at the Carman Cemetery #1.  He has a

tombstone.)

#0067 Carman Cemetery #1, is located off the road between Woodrow and Locust Hill,
on 
Wendell Horsley's farm, in Breckinridge County, Ky.
