OBITUARY
COLEMAN CARMAN, SR.
     Coleman M. CARMAN, Sr., age 95, of Medco Center (Nursing Home), Hardinsburg, 
Ky., died at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, June 15, 1983, after a 
long illness.  He was born in Breckinridge County on August 31, 1887, he was the 
son of the late Alfred and Margaret MINTON CARMAN.  He was preceded in death by 
his wife, Meade NIX CARMAN in 1965.
He is survived by:
four daughters
three sons
two sisters
20 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren
     Funeral services were conducted on Friday at Locust Hill United Methodist 
Church, with burial in the church cemetery.  Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, 
Hardinsburg, was in charge of arrangements.

Ky 1073 (Locust Hill-Harned Road) and Ky 1401 (Woodrow Road) in central 
Breckinridge County; directly behind the church.
