OBITUARY
MRS. EVELYN CARMAN
     Mrs. Evelyn CARMAN, age 79 of Harned, Ky in Breckinridge County, died on 
Sunday, July 10, 1994, in Radcliff, Ky., Hardin County.  Mrs. CARMAN was born in 
Breckinridge County on January 15, 1913 (tombstone lists born 1915), a daughter 
of the late Willie Horace and Bertha Belle GARDNER COMPTON.  She was preceded in 
death by her husband, Russell CARMAN, Sr., and a son and step-son.
She is survived by:
five daughters
four sons
three sisters
three brothers
32 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren
     The funeral was held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 1994 at the Locust 
Hill United Methodist Church.  Burial was in the church cemetery.  Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, in charge of arrangements.
