He was born May 27, 1919 the son of the late Julius &
Jennie Bill DeJarnett Carter.
Authority. He was also a member of the North Central
Comprehensive Care Center of Radcliff; a member of the
NAACP, & a longtime member of Clair Memorial United
Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife: Katherine Carter; 2
Step-Children: Bro. Robert Young of Irvington,
 Belinda Perks of Irvington; 1 Brother: Alfred Carter of
Louisville; 3 Step-Grandchildren & 5
Step-Great-grandchildren; Several Nieces & Nephews. 
 
Funeral service will be Saturday Jan. 7, 2012 at 12 Noon
EST at Clair Memorial United Methodist Church in
Irvington. Visitation will be Saturday Jan 7, 2012 from
10 AM to 12 Noon EST at Clair Memorial United
Methodist. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
