OBITUARY

     Eugene Edward CARWILE, a 37-year-old Hardinsburg resident, was dead on 
arrival at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, Hardinsburg at 5:30 p.m. on 
Thursday, June 5, 1980, of an apparent heart attack.  Mr. CARWILE was born on 
January 24, 1943, the son of Eugene P. CARWILE of Irvington and the late Mrs. 
Lena DAVIDSON CARWILE.  He was employed with the Breckinridge County Board of 
Eduction.  Surviving in addition to his father are:
his wife, Mrs. Ruth HORSLEY CARWILE
one sister:
Janet Sue CARWILE of Irvington, Ky (Breckinridge County)
three brothers:
Charles CARWILE of Irvington, Ky
David CARWILE of Irvington, Ky
William CARWILE of Harned, Ky (Breckinridge County)
     Funeral services were held on Sunday, June 8, 1980 from the Alexander 
Funeral Home, Irvington, and burial was in the Hensley Cemetery.
