Norma Chappell, of Irvington, died Tuesday May 24, 
2016 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Etown.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Wade 
Chappell, three children, Patricia Berry of Dallas, 
TX, Dennis (Tena) Breeden of Brandenburg, KY, & Sue 
(Terry) Allgood of Custer, KY; 4 brothers Harold 
McIntosh, John McIntosh, Olney McIntosh, Jr, & Kenny 
McIntosh. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 
8 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter. 
She was preceded in death by her parents Olney 
McIntosh, Sr., and Gertrude Palmer McIntosh; 2 
children Terry and Kerry; 3 sisters Opal Waltz, 
Betty McIntosh, & Winona Scott.

Funeral services will be held Saturday May 28, 2016 
at 11 AM EDT at the Alexander Funeral Home. Burial 
will at El Bethel Cemetery in Pilot Knob, IN.

Visitation will be Friday May 27, 2016 from 4 to 
9 PM EDT and after 8 AM EDT on Saturday at the 
funeral home.
