Sandy Chappell, 50, of Webster, died Thursday June 14,
2012. She was born November 17, 1961 to the late Paul
Henry Potts Jr. & Alice Ann Weller Potts.

She is survived by her Husband: Jeff Chappell of
Webster, KY; Step-daughter: Jaclyn Chappell of
Jeffersonville, IN; Brother: Paul (Wendy) Potts of
Henryville, IN; Nephew: Jason Potts of New Albany, IN.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday June 19, 2012 at
1 PM EDT at Raymond Baptist Church in Raymond.
Visitation will be held Monday June 18, 2012 from 2
to 9 PM EDT at Alexander Funeral Home in Irvington.
Burial will follow in Raymond Cemetery

Expressions of sympathy in the form of donation to
the Raymond Cemetery Fund.
