MRS. ERNEST CLARK
     Mrs. Edward BURKE of near town (Cloverport), received a message 
Wednesday announcing the sudden death of her sister, Mrs. Ernest CLARK of 
Mooleyville (in Breckinridge County), Ky.
     Mrs. CLARK, who was taken suddenly ill on Tuesday night at her home, 
died at noon on the following day (Wednesday, January 16, 1929).  The cause 
of her illness was not known by Mrs. BURKE, who was unable to go to her 
sister on account of illness in her own family.
     Mrs. CLARK was survived by her husband, Ernest CLARK and six children:
The oldest son, Fred CLARK, who had spent the winter at the home of Mr. & 
Mrs. BURKE.  Also, Paul CLARK, Mary Virginia CLARK, Ella Katherine CLARK, R. 
C. CLARK, and Edwin CLARK, who were at home.  She also had one brother, H. 
D. MERRITT of Alberta, Canada, and one sister, Mrs. BURKE.
     The funeral was conducted at St. Theresa Catholic Church on Friday, 
January 18, 1929.

St. THERESA Catholic Church and Cemetery is located in northwest Meade 
County, Ky near Mooleyville, Breckinridge County.  From the death 
certificates for Ernest and Susie CLARK, their birth and death dates:
Ernest Cyrilis CLARK  26 Apr 1891 -- 06 Mar 1940
Susie MERRITT CLARK   09 Sep 1892 -- 16 Jan 1929
I will post their death certificate information on this site because I do 
not know if they have tombstones.
