OBITUARY taken from the find-a-grave website for the cemetery
RUSSELL R. COMPTON 
     Funeral services for Russell R. COMPTON, age 70, of 7531 Villanova Drive, 
the Vice President of the Exchange Bank & Trust since 1958, will be held 2:00 
p.m. Saturday, December 23, 1961 in Embry Hall of the First Baptist Church, 
Ervay and San Jacinto Streets.  Mr. COMPTON died Thursday, December 21, 1961 
at his home.
     A native of Garfield, Kentucky (Breckinridge County), he was associated 
with General Motors and American Motors in St. Louis and Dallas before he 
retired and joined the bank.  He was a Deacon of the First Baptist Church, and 
a member of the Dallas Athletic Club, the Brook Hollow Country Club, the North 
Dallas Kiwanis, and the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce.  He is survived by:
