OBITUARY
     Mrs. Lula HAYNES CONNER, age 94, died on Tuesday, November 6, 1984 at her 
Harned, Ky residence in Breckinridge County.  She was born in Breckinridge 
County on February 19, 1890, a daughter of the late Aron Hardin HAYNES and Lola 
HOOK HAYNES.  Mrs. CONNER was a housewife, and the oldest member of the Freedom 
Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by:
one daughter, Miss Mabel CONNER of Harned, Ky
two sons:
Alvin CONNER of Harned, Ky
Jesse CONNER of Cloverport, Ky
2 granddaughters; 6 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren
     Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 9, 1984 at the 
Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church.  Burial was in the Freedom Cemetery, 
with the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, in charge of arrangements.

immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from KY Highway 60.  The church lies east 
of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge in Breckinridge County, Ky.
