OBITUARY   1919-2008
     Mabel CONNER, age 88, of Harned, Ky in Breckinridge County, died on Tuesday, 
May 20, 2008 at Breckinridge Health, Inc.  She was born in Breckinridge County on 
August 24, 1919, a daughter of the late Wallace and Lula HAYNES CONNER.  She was 
a member of Freedom Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Missionary Society.
     She previously worked from her home for Galante Studio, and enjoyed sewing 
and gardening.
She was preceded in death by:
three brothers:
Jess CONNER
Alvin CONNER
Bill CONNER
     She is survived by:
two nieces
4 great nieces and 2 great nephews
     Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 23, 2008 at Freedom Cumberland 
Presbyterian Church.  Burial will be in the church cemetery with Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home in Hardinsburg, in charge of arrangements.

immediately west of "Dead Man's Curve" from KY Highway 60.  The church lies east 
of the road, and is blocked from view by a low ridge in Breckinridge County, Ky.
