OBITUARY

     Henry COOK, age 69, of Lodiburg, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died on 
February 22, 1968 at the Breckinridge County Hospital, Hardinsburg.
     Funeral services were conducted on February 24, 1968 at 2 o'clock from the 
Dry Valley Baptist Church, Mystic, Ky.  Burial was in the church cemetery, 
directed by Alexander Funeral Home, Irvington.
PALLBEARERS WERE:
Carlton COOK, Ernest MILLER, Truman JOLLY, Russell DOWELL, Cline SMOOT, and 
Hobart A___MES.

Surviving Mr. COOK are:
his wife, Mrs. Erie COOK
one son, George COOK of Lodiburg, Ky
three daughters:
Mrs. Jeanie BOYER of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Louise TAPRA of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Leona SAMPSON of Louisville, Ky
11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren
one brother, Jess COOK of Lodiburg, Ky
two half-brothers:
Milford COOK of Lewisport, Ky
Camillous COOK of Lodiburg, Ky
