1962 - 2003
     Billy COOK, age 40, died Wednesday, February 26, 2003 at his home in 
Louisville, Bullitt County (Louisville is in Jefferson County, Ky).  Mr. COOK 
was born in Tell City, Indiana in Perry County on May 26, 1962.  He was a 
painter and member of the Cloverport Church of Christ.
Surviving are:
his wife, Mrs. Sherry COOK
three daughters
two sons
his mother and step-father, Helen & Arnold FOGLE of SeRee, Ky
two sisters
2 grandchildren
     The funeral was held Saturday, March 1, 2003, at the Wallace Funeral 
Home in Cloverport.  Burial was in Pisgah Cemetery.
