Most of the people buried at the Hopewell Cemetery was for the members of the Hopewell Baptist Church, which was close to the cemetery. The church is long gone, and no longer standing. A DeWITT cousin of mine, Phillip MORGAN, of Lake County, Indiana in 1982, took my mother and I to the cemetery. At that time, the little road back to the cemetery was mainly gravel and dirt. Flora has a single tombstone. I have a photo of it: CRAVENS, Flora 05 Apr 1884 -- 13 Jan 1929 wife of James Flora is the daughter of William F.
