OBITUARY
     Mrs. George CRIST, the former Mabel CARSON, age 82, died on Sunday, 
November 27, 1961 at her home at 3505 Warner, (?Louisville, Jefferson County, 
Ky).  She was a member of the Ralph Avenue Church of Christ, and was born in 
Cloverport, Ky   (Breckinridge County).  Mrs. CRIST is survived by:
one daughter:
Mrs. Edgar E. BALLARD, Sr. (no residence given)
two sons:
George F. CRIST (no residence given)
Harry E. CRIST (no residence given)
two sisters:
Mrs. L. M. ROBERTS of Baton Rouge, Louisiana (East Baton Rouge Parish)
Mrs. Ed WELCH (no residence given)
two brothers:
Elmer CARSON of Lanette, Alabama (Chambers County)
W. E. CARSON of Burlin Heights, Ohio (Erie County)
one grandchild and one great grandchild

NOTE:  No funeral information given
Burial was in Cloverport Cemetery.

     
     



Additional Comments:
I did not find a tombstone for Mrs. Mabel CRIST or her husband, George CRIST 
in the Breckinridge County Cemetery Book, volume 1, published in 1991, or the 
Breckinridge County Cemetery Book, volume 2, published in 1997.
