Elby Dalton Cundiff, 81, of Irvington, KY, was 
Heavenly promoted Friday Sept. 30, 2016 at his 
Irvington residence. 

Elby was a man of all traits.  Elby was born 
April 20, 1935 in Roberts Hollow, KY, to the late 
Charlie Glen & Golda Mae Cundiff. He was 
preceded in death by his wife of 34 years Virginia 
Ann Cundiff; three children Doris Faye, Theresa Jane, 
Michael Douglas Cundiff.

He is survived by his son Elbert Gene & 
daughter-in-law Judith Ann Cundiff; three 
grandchildren, & five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday Oct. 3, 2016 at 
11 AM EDT at the Alexander Funeral Home. 

Sister Janet Carden and Brother John Bruington 
will be Officiating. Burial will follow in 
Cundiff-Anderson Cemetery in Guston, KY.
Visitation will be Sunday Oct. 2, 2016 from 4 to 
9 PM EDT and after 8 AM EDT on Monday at the 
funeral home.
