OBITUARY

     Carlton M. DALE, age 79, of Hudson, Ky., in Breckinridge County, died at 
Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, Hardinsburg, on Saturday, February 21, 1981, 
after a lengthy illiness.  He was born in Hardin County, Ky on August 27, 1901, 
he was the son of the late John and Elizabeth JOHNSON DALE.  He was a member of 
the Hudson United Methodist Church, and was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include:
his wife, Mrs Gertrude HARDIN DALE of Hudson, Ky
three sisters:
Mrs. Clora GOODMAN of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Rose BUCKLER of Louisville, Ky
Mrs. Nancy CLARK of Elizabethtown, Ky
one brother:
Earl DALE of Louisville, Ky
     The funeral was held on Tuesday, February 24, 1981 from the chapel of the 
Watkins Funeral Home, Leitchfield.  Burial was in the Hudson Cemetery.
