OBITUARY
Mrs. Mattie Elizabeth DALTON, age 54, of Vertrees, in Hardin County, Ky, died 
Tuesday,July 27, 1982 at the Breckinridge Memorial Hospital in Hardinsburg.  She 
was born in Breckinridge County on October 2, 1927, the daughter of the late 
George and Iva LUCAS MATTINGLY.  She is survived by:
her husband, David DALTON
two daughters
two sisters:
Mrs. Inez LUCAS of Hudson, Ky (Breckinridge County)
Mrs. Theresa LUCAS of Hudson, Ky
two brothers:
James MATTINGLY of Locust Hill, Ky (Breckinridge County)
Joe MATTINGLY of Locust Hill, Ky
4 grandchildren
     The funeral was held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, (July 29, 1982), from the 
Chapel of the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg, with the Reverend Lamar 
Mattingly, Pastor of the Hardinsburg United Methodist Church, officiating.  
Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery.

I did not find a tombstone for Mrs. Mattie Elizabeth MATTINGLY DALTON at the 
Fairview United Methodist Church Cemetery at SeRee, in Breckinridge County, Ky.
