Breckinridge News, Cloverport, Ky., Wednesday, July 17, 1940
OBITUARY
     Miss Eva DAUGHERTY, 16 years of age, and the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Lon 
DAUGHERTY, died at the country home of her parents, on the C. V. Robertson 
farm at Hites Run, on the afternoon of July 4th, 1940.  The young girl had 
suffered for some months with tuberculosis.  She is survived by her parents 
and three brothers.
     The funeral was held on Friday afternoon July 5, 1940, at Tates Chapel, 
the Reverend Clifford Spurlock, officiating.  Burial in the cemetery there.  
Eva was a member of the United Brethren Church.

#0244 Henry Miller Cemetery #4, also known as the Tates Chapel Cemetery, 
which is located at Hardinsburg, Route #3, off Highway 992, one mile before 
the Rock Quarry across a field on right.  Many unmarked graves.  No longer 
receiving burials.
