OBITUARY
PARK DAVIS
     Park DAVIS, age 78, of Irvington, Ky in Breckinridge County, died at 7:30 
p.m. EST on Wednesday, December 2, 1992, at Hillcrest Health Care Center (Nursing 
Home), Jeffersonville, (Clark County), Indiana, following a lengthy illness.
     Mr. DAVIS was born May 9, 1914 in Grayson County, Ky., the son of John H. 
DAVIS and Nettie SAFFER DAVIS.  He was a retired employee of National Distillers 
in Louisville, and was a veteran of World War II with the U.S. Army where he was 
a POW (Prisoner of War) for 3 years in Germany.
     He is survived by:
two sisters
and several nieces and nephews.
     The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 5. 1992 from the chapel of 
the Alexander Funeral Home, Irvington.  Burial was in the Horsley Cemetery in 
Locust Hill.
