She bore her pain and suffering as a Christian of 71 years' experience, but, at last, willingly and submissivelt yielded to the invitation of the good Master to come nigher and enter into the joy of the Lord. MACY & Annie MACY Breckinridge News, Cloverport, Ky., Wednesday, March 9, 1904 OBITUARY Page 3, Column 1 Mrs. Lydia DAVIS, the wife of William DAVIS, deceased, was born on November 17, 1817 and died January 27, 1904. Mrs. DAVIS professed religion when a girl of 15, united with the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and lived a constant Christian for 72 years. On December 24, 1903, she fell in her room, and dislocated her hip joint, from which she suffered severely for 5 weeks.
