1920 - 1999
     William T. "Bill" DAWSON, age 78, of Hawesville, Ky., in Hancock County, 
died on Tuesday, January 5, 1999, at Owensboro Mercy Health Systems.
     He was born March 1, 1920, in Owensboro, Daviess County, Ky, and was a son 
of the late James Robert DAWSON and Elizabeth EGAN DAWSON.  He was a retired 
farmer, and a veteran of World War II, serving with the ARMY.
Survivors are:
his wife, Mrs. Mary Mildred DAWSON
four sons
three daughters
one brother
three sisters
13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren
     Funeral services were conducted on Friday, January 8, 1999 from the 
Wallace Funeral Home, Cloverport.  Burial was in Pisgah Cemetery.
