Her gentle manner, kind and pleasing disposition together with her pure Christian character and faithfulness to her church and loved ones, will always be an inspiration and influence for good to those who knew her. She was an indulgent and sacrificing mother, forgetting self in thinking of others. The funeral service was held at the home of Rev. Wm. Varble of Cloverport, pastor of the Walnut Grove church. Burial was in the church cemetery. J.D. Ashcraft of Irvington was the funeral director.
